1. Shall end-user detach the receiver from the PC/notebook every time after we finished using the 2.4G mouse ?

      No need at all.
      A. when the PC/notebook is still on, after we finish using the mouse, the mouse will fall in standby mode immediately; and 8 minutes later the mouse will fall in sleep mode one ; 30 minutes later the mouse will fall in deep sleep mode, working current is very very low around 0.03mA;
      B. when the PC/notebook is off, our mouse sensor will be automatically switched off immediately. The woring current is 0mA.

2. Does 2.4G wireless radio wave do harm to human health ?

Ans: No, for the power of 2.4G wireless radio transmission is very little, no harm to human health at all.

3. What is main apparent advantage of 2.4G RF keyboard mouse products,compared to 27M RF wireless?

     Ans: 2.4G RF products has the following advantages:
     A. much longer working distance (more than 10 meters)
     B. with Memory chipset, automatic connection, no need manual link;
     C. much higher data-transmission speed, 100 times of 27M RF;
     D. multi-channel 2 way transmission, high interference-proof ability;
     E. very slow working current, longer use life for batteries;

4. What is CPI (DPI), what function is this button ?

    CPI: location precision of mouse cursor, unit is DPI (or called CPI), DPI is abbreviated from Dot Per Inch, it is used to describe the resolution of mouse cursor. But DPI is a static index, more suitable to be shown in a printer or scanner; But mouse movement is a dynamic process, so it is more proper to describe its resolution by CPI (for CPI is a dynamic index). DPI button is used to adjust the cursor’s moving speed and scale. Our mouse has the following dpi categories:
     A. Optical mouse (no DPI switch): 800 dpi
     B. Optical mouse with DPI: 800/1600dpi, default setting is 1000dpi
     C. Laser mouse (No DPI): 1600dpi
     D. Laser mouse with DPI: 1600/800dpi, default setting is 1600dpi

5. What is main reasons for mouse sensor trembling?

     A. pls check whether there is some strong Radio disturbance sources (for example wireless Lan, wireless Router, etc);
     B. Mouse pad (or working surface) is too shining or not . especially for optical mouse, the mouse cursor will keep detecting on shining surface ,thus makes the cursor trembling ;
     C. Mouse sensor is too dusty.

6. What is appropriate use life for the batteries used on wireless 2.4G products?

    2.4G optical mouse: use life is around 2-3 months (2 alkaline batteries)
    2.4G laser mouse: around 6 months (2 alkaline batteries);
    2.4G keyboard: around 6 months (2 alkaline batteries)

7. What if the wireless 2.4G keyboard mouse no function ?

     A. Please check whether the PC/notebook has detected the receiver device or not ;
     B. Very little power capacity , please exchange new batteries;
     C. Please check whether the product (receiver as well) has been damaged.
